Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Senior Process Specialist for Procurement Enabling Services to drive Demand to Deploy activities, analyze change requests, design solutions, and coordinate routine changes in a global, cross-functional setting.

You will work with Process Experts, IT, and business stakeholders to translate needs into feasible process and system solutions, ensuring compliance with standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, IT, or engineering.
• Experience in process management or change management.
• Experience with SAP MM or similar ERP modules.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing, coordinating, and implementing process and system changes from Demand to Deploy.
• Reviewing and assessing procurement-related demands and routine changes for completeness and alignment.
• Collaborating with Process Experts, Process Managers, IT and stakeholders to develop feasible solutions.
• Ensuring changes comply with global standards, compliance, and template design principles.
• Identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation and efficiency in procurement processes.
• Managing stakeholder interactions and driving appropriate levels of process and system standardization.
