Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking an Intercompany Accounting Specialist to manage intercompany tasks within our new GBS Centre, ensuring compliance with SLAs and core financial processes. You will interact with local entities, coordinate with Global Process Owner, and contribute to process optimization in a multinational environment.

Requirements include a 2+ year accounting background, SAP experience, and strong English skills (C1).

Qualifications

• Two years experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience with end-to-end intercompany processes preferred.
• Experience in shared services or multinational environment beneficial.
• English C1 level required.

Responsibilities

• Execute intercompany accounting tasks in accordance with standards.
• Maintain processes, ensuring compliance with procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with GBS centers and local entities.
• Liaise with auditors for intercompany audit requirements.
• Prepare and update process documentation.
• Identify improvements and drive process optimization.
• Support cross-functional resolution with other GBS streams.
