Job summary

Hitachi ABB Power Grids Poland is seeking an English-speaking Accounts Payable Intern who will support the AP team delivering high‑level services to internal customers. You will learn SAP, handle invoice processing, supplier emails, and collaborate with Europe-wide stakeholders while meeting deadlines.

You are a university student graduating in 2026 or later, available for 30–40 hours per week, and eager to gain practical experience in finance operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a university degree with expected graduation in 2026 or later.
• Available 30–40 hours per week.
• Interest in Finance Operations – Accounts payable.
• Proficient in English (B2).
• Proactive, organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist accounts payable with invoice processing and supplier emails.
• Create purchase orders in the system and confirm deliveries.
• Respond to internal queries and help resolve Service Now tickets.
• Support data entry and data verification tasks.
• Collaborate with teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Learn to use SAP software.
