Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services SP. Z O.O. in Krakow is seeking an English-speaking Accounts Payable Intern. You will support the AP team, collaborate with AP Managers, and assist internal stakeholders across Europe.

The role involves invoice processing, data entry, and learning SAP to improve efficiency and accuracy. This internship offers flexible hours and introductory exposure to finance operations.

Qualifications

• University student graduating in 2026 or later.
• Availability 30–40 hours per week.
• Interest in Finance Operations – Accounts payable activities.
• Proficient in English (B2).
• Proactive, organized with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support daily accounts payable tasks and supplier inquiries.
• Process invoices, respond to emails, and assist in procurement-related queries.
• Create daily statistics and assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Learn and use SAP software alongside AP managers.
