Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Kraków is seeking an English-speaking Accounts Payable Intern to support the AP team. You will work with AP Managers, team members, and stakeholders across Europe to deliver accurate and timely supplier invoicing and payments.

The role offers hands-on experience in finance operations, exposure to SAP, and collaboration across diverse teams. Applicants should be enrolled in a university program and available 30-40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• University student graduating in 2026 or later.
• Available 30–40 hours per week.
• Interest in Finance Operations – Accounts payable activities.
• Proficient in English (B2).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounts payable tasks: invoices, supplier emails, internal queries, tickets.
• Create and monitor purchase orders in the system and confirm deliveries.
• Collaborate with teams on improvements for efficiency and standardization.
• Learn to use SAP software.
