Job summary

Linklaters Warsaw is offering an Accounts Payable Intern position. The role focuses on reviewing and posting invoices and travel expenses, ensuring proper coding and adherence to global policies.

You will liaise with the business to obtain invoice approvals and act as the main contact for vendors and employees. The internship provides exposure to an international law firm environment, with flexible hours (minimum 30 hours/week) and a 6-month duration in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Fluent English
• Started or graduated with a university degree in finance or professional accounting course
• Quality oriented, attention to detail and accuracy
• Customer focused and service orientated

Responsibilities

• Review and post invoices and travel expenses
• Check quality of supporting documentation
• Communicate with business regarding coding of invoices, follow global policies and guidelines
• Work with the business to have invoices approved, chase approvers when required
• Act as a contact point for Vendors and Employees
• Maintain vendor files
