Job summary

Amazon Fulfillment Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced 3PL Manager to oversee the strategic operations of our third-party logistics network in Poland.

You will manage performance, costs, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple 3PL partners while ensuring alignment with Amazon standards. The role requires up to 40% travel to local 3PL sites and Amazon facilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making, stakeholder collaboration, and strong vendor relationship

Qualifications

Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related operations.
Fluent English written and spoken.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

Oversee performance of 3PL partners and ensure alignment with Amazon standards.
Drive cost management and identify cost-saving opportunities with 3PLs.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Coordinate change management and ensure seamless network integration with Amazon facilities.
Develop strong vendor relationships and high-level escalation reporting.
