Job summary

Amazon Fulfillment Poland sp. z o.o. is offering an onsite full-time internship across multiple locations in Poland.

You will work on high-priority projects in Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations, applying analytical skills to improve operations while gaining exposure to leadership and teamwork. The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, effective communication, and flexibility regarding schedules.

Qualifications

• Currently in penultimate or final year pursuing a university degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.
• Eligible for a full-time internship of 3–6 months.
• Highly proficient in English and the local language (C1).

Responsibilities

• Complete high-priority projects to the highest standard and deliver results.
• Analyze data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Propose and test solutions with the team to implement effective ones.
• Develop communication and teamwork with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.
• Move around the building to engage with various teams and participate in briefings and leadership discussions.
• Display flexibility to work various schedules and shifts as required.
