Amazon Fulfillment Poland is seeking a skilled Transportation Program Manager to coach LSPs, analyze performance data and drive improvements across our middle-mile network in Warsaw. You will partner with internal teams to refine processes and ensure best-in-class delivery standards.

The role requires strong English and German, plus Polish fluency, and may involve occasional travel. As part of the Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) team, you’ll help optimize transport using data-driven

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
Milestone-driven project experience.
Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and German.
Fluent in Polish and English (required); German is a plus.
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
Experience in program or project management.
Experience in supply chain and/or transportation (preferred).

Responsibilities

Provide best in class coaching for LSPs, including the ability to interpret data, monitor performance and compliance
Develop and maintain strong and long-term relationships with LSPs, serving as their voice within the Amazon ecosystem
Work closely with internal stakeholders on diverse projects for continuous program improvements
Adeptly manage operational challenges and develop long-term solutions
