Amazon Fulfillment Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking an Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team and ensure operations keep pace with demand. You’ll manage safety, productivity, and daily tasks across shifts while driving process improvements and customer service goals.

The role involves working on-site at one of our operational sites, collaborating with engineers and leaders, and contributing to a dynamic, fast-paced environment that rewards effective leadership and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in performing data analysis and delivering actionable insights.
• University degree completed before start date or within last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyse and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity across all shifts.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building a strong team culture.
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and customer service.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.
