Qualifications

• A degree and relevant management experience.
• Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience using data or anecdotes to influence decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in English and local language (Polish).
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
