Job summary

Amazon Fulfillment Poland sp. z o.o. in Warsaw seeks a Program/Project Manager to lead and coach logistics service providers, interpret data, monitor performance, and drive improvements across the transportation network.

You will work with internal teams on diverse initiatives, manage operational challenges, and develop long-term solutions while maintaining clear stakeholder communication and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working effectively on milestone-driven projects
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and German
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience in program or project management
• Fluent in Polish and English (required); German is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class coaching for LSPs, including the ability to interpret data, monitor performance and compliance
• Develop and maintain strong and long-term relationships with LSPs, serving as their voice within the Amazon ecosystem
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on diverse projects for continuous program improvements
• Adeptly manage operational challenges and develop long-term solutions
