Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data entry/data administration.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time to local 3PL sites and Amazon facilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a structured, systematic approach to site-level performance management.
• Proactively identify performance deviations and implement corrective action plans with 3PL providers.
• Drive cost-saving opportunities and implement productivity initiatives.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies to improve KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align improvement plans.
