Job summary
A leading technology solutions provider in Karachi is looking for a QA Team Leader to oversee and enhance the quality assurance process. The role involves managing the QA team, aligning QA strategies with business goals, and driving quality improvements. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in QA management and strong leadership abilities. This position offers the opportunity to influence key quality initiatives across teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA management.
- In-depth knowledge of software development life cycles.
- Experience with quality assurance best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the QA team.
- Develop and execute continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Drive quality improvements across the product lifecycle.
Skills
- Lead and manage the QA team, including training, coaching and performance management.
- Develop, execute, and work towards continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align QA strategies with business goals and objectives.
- Identify risks and issues early on, and ensure alignment with stakeholders (product managers, development teams) on quality expectations.
- Drive quality improvements and innovations across the product development lifecycle.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Leadership skills in managing the overall QA function.
- In-depth knowledge of software development life cycles and quality assurance best practices.
- Strong ability to influence and drive quality initiatives across teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in advanced test automation and performance testing techniques.
