  • Ensuring all touchpoints within the recruitment process promote an excellent candidate experience and move swiftly without delays.
  • Collaborating with the recruitment team to understand priority roles that may require fast tracking.
  • Creating offer letters and contracts within defined SLAs and uploading them in Workday as required.
  • Initiating and managing the end‑to‑end background check process.
  • Coordinating pre‑employment checks and first stages of onboarding for new hires, building relationships with the HR Operations team.
  • Assisting with job changes of new hires (e.g., change of start date, rescind profile).
  • Supporting new hires with pre‑and post‑onboarding overview requirements and questions.
  • Providing additional activities and project support to line managers or the People function as warranted by business needs and aligned with the global People strategy.
What we’re looking for

  • Flexible Downtime: Generous time off to keep you energized.
  • Continuous Learning: Access to resources to grow your career and learn new skills.
  • Invest in Your Future: Competitive pay, retirement planning, a continuing education program, company‑matched student loan contributions, and financial wellness programs.
