Job Specification

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver interactive training sessions on Bookkeeping, VAT returns, Payroll (Manual & Software-based), Accounting software (Sage 50, Xero, QuickBooks)
  • Develop customized training content and materials
  • Monitor and assess trainees' progress
  • Provide post-training support and guidance
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to tailor training plans
  • Stay up-to-date with current accounting standards and software
  • Participate in business development and client engagement
  • Conduct product presentations and contribute to sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CPA/CA preferred).
  • 1-2+ years of experience in training or a similar consulting role.
  • Age required below under 30 years old.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and industry standards.
  • Hands‑on experience with accounting software (Sage, Xero, etc.).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching styles to different audiences, Experience with client engagement and relationship building Self‑driven and goal‑oriented mindset.
