We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Truck Dispatcher to join our team. As a Truck Dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling and routing of trucks, coordinating deliveries, and communicating with drivers and Brokers to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
Responsibilities:
- Hunting loads for owner’s operators from load board
- Manage driver routes and coordinate delivery times
- Communicate with Brokers regarding delivery schedules and rates.
- Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, deliveries, and pickups
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Candidate having experience in calls centers will be preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 years of experience as a truck dispatcher or in a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations in USA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
