Our software development agency is searching for a dedicated, commercial and goal oriented Business Development Officer/Relationship Manager for Web and Mobile App projects and vacancies. The ideal candidate should have good English fluency and ability to carry out conversation, have a target-oriented approach, possess call center experience preferably, should be hard-working, self-motivated and a good team player.
The potential candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an attractive telephone voice and exceptional sales skills with the following duties.
• Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
• Find, engage and activate companies through the use of mailings, Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook), (public) platforms and alternative searching techniques;
• Initiate new calls to the potential customers and follow up all the progress made on daily basis.
• Build a relationship with clients through responding to their queries and resolving issues
• Exceptional communication skills which must lead to customer satisfaction.
• Have exceptional English language skills, must be fluent and professional.
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for business.
• Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way.
• The candidate MUST be driven and motivated and must be willing and able to achieve challenging sales targets.
• The candidate must be well organized and possess an excellent work ethic.
• The nature of work will require handling multiple customers and multiple follow-ups, disciplined working habits are a must.
• Partner with Commercial Manager to create an ongoing company mapping strategy;
• Implement creative strategies to identify and engage with a qualified and diverse company pool.
