A leading digital marketing firm in Lahore is seeking an experienced digital marketing professional to manage online marketing campaigns and improve ROI. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Digital Advertising and at least 3 years of experience in the field. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics and AdWords are required. This role involves managing social media presence and optimizing digital strategies to meet client goals.
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns to generate leads. Manage our social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus). Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Digital Advertising from an accredited institution, with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing (5 years preferred). Experience managing AdWords campaigns and a large paid search budget is required. Exceptional analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are essential. Social media promotion experience is a plus.
Must have experience dealing with demanding clients. Intermediate (2+ years) experience with Google Webmasters, Google Analytics, and Google+ listings is necessary. Understanding of major search engine algorithms and strong experience with industry-standard tools are required. Experience in SEO/SEM is necessary, with a focus on using tools like Google Analytics and Google Webmaster.
High-quality reporting, copywriting, and analytic skills are important. Candidates should have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. A detailed understanding of PR to help get the client’s message heard is beneficial. A desire to understand Google’s algorithms and a commitment to keeping skills and knowledge up to date are essential.
