Job description

Wali Systems (Pvt) Limited is urgently seeking an experienced outbound Sales and Marketing specialist, preferably with a background in IT or a related department. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients interested in software development services, as well as conducting online research on IT companies and competitors.

Applicants with a technical background are preferred; however, candidates with a degree in business administration and strong sales and marketing experience are encouraged to apply.

Prior experience in a BPO or call center environment is highly desirable. Experience in a similar role within an IT firm is also acceptable. Please include details of your experience in your cover letter. Proven expertise in handling inbound and outbound sales calls is essential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers via telephone and email to describe products and services, persuading leads or potential clients to purchase.
  2. Educate customers about product offerings and services to enhance their online presence, explaining pricing and addressing queries to build customer value.
  3. Follow up with customers via phone or email after initial contact.
  4. Consistently achieve organizational monthly sales targets.
  5. Continuously update product knowledge to better serve customer needs.
