Job description

- Greet customers warmly, assist them with their shopping needs, and provide fashion advice and product recommendations.

- Actively engage with customers to drive sales and achieve store sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell products effectively.

- Kiosk, Floors, front walkways, staff area, inventory area and other as per guided should be proper and clean

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the store’s merchandise, including new arrivals, promotions, and fashion trends.

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Assist with visual merchandising and product displays to enhance the store’s appeal.

- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing inventory. Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies. Listen to customer feedback and provide insights to the store manager to improve the shopping experience.

- Work closely with team members to achieve store goals and create a cohesive and supportive working environment.

- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

- Support in-store promotional activities and events to drive customer engagement and sales.
