A digital service provider in Lahore is looking for an HR professional to maintain employee records, manage payroll, and assist in recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication abilities, experience in hiring, and proficiency in maintaining HR databases. This position plays a crucial role in onboarding new employees and ensuring accuracy in payroll management.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills required.
- Experience in hiring and recruitment processes.
- Ability to manage payroll accurately.
- Proficiency in computer and network security is a plus.
Responsabilités
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist in payroll management and documentation.
- Organize recruitment processes and job postings.
- Help manage employee onboarding and training programs.
Connaissances
- Maintaining employee records, organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation.
- Maintains time management.
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, and days off.
- Assist in payroll management, preparation, and payment.
- Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in recruitment in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes.
- Create reports for senior management.
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
