Hours: U.S. Time

Days: 6 days per week.

Salary: Commission Base range: 600-3000++ monthly

Responsibilities
  • Make 150 outbound calls per day
  • Reach out to clients to upsell/re-engagement
  • Daily meeting with the Sales Manager
  • Attending training and 1:1 coaching sessions
  • 8 AM - 7 PM Minimum Working Hours
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through proactive outreach and relationship building
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and processes
  • Exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently
Qualifications
  1. Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral (U.S. or U.K. English)
  2. Internet >25 Mbps, quiet environment, headset
  3. Zoom calls don't drop
  4. Ability to upsell and create a need for the customer
  5. Fast learner and ability to adapt to a start-up business environment
  6. Previous experience in telesales and customer service
