We are looking for a talented and creative Freelance 3D Visualizer to join our team on a project basis. In this role, you will create photorealistic 3D visualizations and staging for residential and commercial properties. Outstanding performance in this freelance role may lead to a permanent position within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations and virtual staging for residential and commercial properties.
• Utilize 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray) to design and furnish spaces according to client specifications.
• Edit and enhance photographs using software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to integrate virtual staging seamlessly.
• Ensure accurate furniture, decor, and layout representation based on provided floor plans and design briefs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, interior design styles, and staging techniques.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials by providing visually compelling staged images.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in 3D visualization, virtual staging, and interior design.

Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray).

Expert-level skills in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

Strong understanding of interior design principles, color schemes, and furniture arrangement.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

A portfolio showcasing previous 3D visualization and virtual staging projects is highly desirable.
