Qualifications

- Experience in preparing client reports and quotes with agreed margins.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to address concerns and questions.
- Create quotes and expedite project orders.
- Coordinate with purchasing for project-related orders.
Skills
The primary role of the customer service representative is to interact with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs. A customer service representative will often make quotations, answer customer phone calls and emails, responding to customers’ questions and concerns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Technical Writing and making Quotations
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Receiving clients’ instructions to render our services
- To create quotes at agreed margins
- Ensure work is delivered to agreed service level
- Expedite project orders and prepare required client reports
- Purchase or coordinate with purchasing the entering of project related purchase orders, and
- Perform other related duties as requested by supervisor or manager
