We seek an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e‑commerce marketing, specifically within the print‑on‑demand industry, and a proven track record of driving sales and increasing brand visibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize revenue for the print‑on‑demand store.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to ensure a high return on investment.
- Create, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and product announcements.
- Oversee social media accounts, developing content strategies that engage followers, build brand awareness, and drive sales.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Optimize the Shopify store for SEO, ensuring all product listings, blog posts, and web pages rank highly on search engines.
- Develop and manage in‑store promotions, including discounts, referral programs, and affiliate programs to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including banners, ads, and social media posts.
- Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns, including liaising with influencer agencies, identifying key influencers, and coordinating product promotions.
- Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Develop partnerships and collaborations with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant entities to expand brand reach.
- Handle customer relationship management, ensuring excellent customer service and promptly addressing any issues or inquiries.
- Monitor and report on industry trends and advancements, recommending new tools and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Specialist, preferably in the e‑commerce or print‑on‑demand industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and similar.
- Experience with Shopify and its marketing integrations, apps, and tools.
- Experience in developing and managing in‑store promotions, such as discounts, referral programs, and affiliate programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
- Experience in influencer marketing, including liaising with influencer agencies and coordinating product promotions.
- Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities to develop innovative marketing campaigns and solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of design principles and experience working with graphic designers to create marketing materials.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in influencer marketing and managing affiliate programs.
- Familiarity with additional e‑commerce platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor website updates and optimizations.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant marketing certifications.
- Experience with software and tools specific to sales and marketing, such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Canva.
