A leading performance marketing agency is seeking a LinkedIn & Twitter Content Creator/Writer. The role involves developing content strategies to position the CEO as a thought leader while growing engagement on social media platforms. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in performance marketing and exceptional writing skills suitable for social media. This is a full-time, remote position based in Pakistan.

About Our Client Our client is a performance marketing agency specializing in scaling direct-to-consumer brands through strategic media buying, creative strategy, growth forecasting, and data analytics. They have successfully helped multiple brands scale their paid social strategies.
Content Strategy & Creation Develop & execute Twitter + LinkedIn strategies, positioning the CEO as a thought leader. Create 15–20 Twitter posts/week and 2+ LinkedIn posts/week. Write strategic Twitter threads on methodology, case studies, and insights. Simplify complex marketing concepts for DTC founders & marketing leaders. Build platform‑specific series highlighting creative strategy, media buying, and incrementality measurement.
Brand Voice & Authenticity Master CEO’s voice, tone, and style through regular collaboration. Align all content with expertise in private equity, performance marketing, and agency operations. Maintain brand guidelines while adapting for platform nuances.
Industry Engagement & Community Building Monitor and engage with DTC, performance marketing, and paid social conversations. Build relationships with influencers, founders, and marketing leaders. On LinkedIn: connect with potential clients and partners. On Twitter: participate in discussions, trending topics, and industry events. Engage prospects discussing growth challenges or agency needs.
Lead Generation & Business Development Create content targeting DTC founders, CMOs, and marketing directors. Build content funnels from follower → lead. On LinkedIn: target decision‑makers at 7–8 figure brands. On Twitter: build authority through real‑time insights and engagement. Work with sales to address prospect pain points in content. Develop lead magnets, downloadable resources, and compelling CTAs.
Performance Analysis & Optimization Monitor platform analytics to find high‑performing, high‑quality engagement content. Track funnel from impressions → qualified leads → consultations. A/B test content formats, CTAs, and strategies. Provide weekly reports on follower quality, engagement rates, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and continuously refine strategy based on business results.
