Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized TikTok Shop Manager to lead and manage our presence on TikTok Shop. You will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing product listings, coordinating promotional campaigns, and collaborating with influencers and content creators to maximize our brand’s performance on the platform. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the fast-paced world of social commerce and wants to make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shop account, including product uploads, pricing, inventory management, and order fulfillment coordination.
  • Optimize product listings with engaging descriptions, visuals, and SEO-friendly keywords to boost visibility and sales.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, flash sales, and TikTok LIVE events to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze performance data (traffic, conversion rates, sales, ROI) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop TikTok-friendly content and assets.
  • Identify and collaborate with TikTok influencers and creators to amplify brand presence and campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activity and trends to ensure we stay ahead in the market.
  • Stay up to date with TikTok Shop policies, platform updates, and best practices.
Experience
  • 1–3 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social media management (TikTok Shop experience highly preferred).
  • Experience managing influencer collaborations or affiliate partnerships.
Skills
  • Strong understanding of TikTok as a platform, trends, and user behavior; proficiency with e-commerce tools and data analytics.
  • Basic design or video editing skills are a plus.
