Interwood Mobel is seeking a dedicated and experienced DM Warehouse to oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient management of goods and inventory. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems, and the ability to optimize workflow and processes to enhance productivity and accuracy.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

  • Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.

  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track stock levels, manage reordering, and conduct regular audits.

  • Coordinate the distribution of products to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and optimizing delivery schedules.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all warehouse activities and maintain cleanliness and organization.

  • Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions actively.

  • Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products.

  • Prepare reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and operational issues for senior management.

Key Requirements
