• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

• Manage client onboarding, training, and adoption to ensure a smooth experience.
• Monitor customer health metrics, usage, and feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client challenges and enhance service delivery.
• Drive customer retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring maximum value and ROI.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM and customer success tools is preferred.
