Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Implement Smart Narratives and natural language Q&A visuals to improve data storytelling and usability for business users.
• Develop interactive reports, dashboards, and paginated reports using Power BI.
• Analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Design efficient data models and implement dimensional modelling concepts.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using SSIS, ADF.
• Optimize performance and enhance user experience in Power BI reports.
• Implement row-level and column-level security in reports.
• Provide training and support to end-users.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in Power BI development and ETL pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with DAX and M language for complex calculations and custom transformations.
• Hands‑on experience with SSIS for ETL processes.
• Knowledge of deploying and integrating OLAP cubes using SSAS.
• Experience with Azure services (ADF, Synapse).
• Understanding of incremental refresh, performance tuning, and Power BI Service capabilities.
• Ability to translate business problems into data solutions.
