Job summary

United Smart Tech is seeking a Virtual Recruiter to manage the hiring process entirely online. This remote role sources candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other digital channels, screens resumes, conducts phone and video interviews, and coordinates with hiring managers to fill open roles.

You will use ATS/HRIS, track hiring progress, and prepare reports while coordinating with the team. This full-time, night-shift position requires a computer with webcam and a smartphone.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting experience required.
• Familiarity with online recruiting, job boards, ATS/HRIS.
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, video).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive and creative for hard-to-fill roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

A Virtual Recruiter is a remote talent acquisition professional who manages the hiring process entirely online. They source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other digital channels, screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to fill open roles. They also keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process, using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and video conferencing tools.
