Job summary

Anywhere Talent is looking for a Virtual Recruiter to manage open roles and coordinate with hiring managers while screening resumes and conducting phone or video interviews. You will handle background checks, drug screenings, and issue offers within the ATS.

Track hiring progress and recruiting expenses, create reports, and assist with HR projects as needed. The role requires strong communication, organization, and a proactive, creative approach to hard-to-fill roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting experience required.
• Familiarity with online recruiting, job boards, ATS/HRIS.
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, video).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive and creative for hard-to-fill roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage open roles and coordinate with hiring managers.
