Job summary

United Smart Tech is seeking a Virtual Recruiter to manage the hiring process entirely online. This remote role sources candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other digital channels, screens resumes, conducts phone and video interviews, and coordinates with hiring managers to fill open roles.

You will use ATS/HRIS, track hiring progress, and prepare reports while coordinating with the team. This full-time, night-shift position requires a computer with webcam and a smartphone.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting experience required.
• Familiarity with online recruiting, job boards, ATS/HRIS.
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, video).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive and creative for hard-to-fill roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage open roles and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews.
• Handle background checks, drug screenings, and offer letters in the ATS.
• Track hiring progress and recruiting expenses.
• Create reports and assist with HR projects as needed.
