Job summary

Career141 is seeking an Associate / Trainee / Executive to learn executive search, research, and talent intelligence. You will perform headhunting, mapping, candidate engagement, and screening for local and international mandates, with a focus on remote work in a fast-paced environment.

You will gain exposure to sourcing techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS tools, and relationship management while contributing to daily KPIs and team delivery in a start-to-mid career role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, management, commerce, or related field.
• 0–3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, HR, Customer Service, Marketing, BD, Client Servicing, or Relationship Management.
• Fresh graduates welcome; strong communication, researchers, and networkers encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms, or recruitment tech is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good research, analytical, and organisational abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• Ideally 500–5,000+ LinkedIn connections.

Responsibilities

• Head hunting and talent sourcing for assigned roles.
• Research target companies, competitors, and industries to map talent.
• Engage candidates via LinkedIn, email, and phone to build relationships.
• Translate job descriptions into effective search strategies and screen candidates.
• Collaborate with the search team and keep pipelines and logs up to date.
