Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in US recruitment.
• Proven experience recruiting for both cleared and non-cleared positions.
• Strong understanding of US Security Clearance levels, including Full Scope Polygraph (FSP).
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, ClearanceJobs, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and candidate management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with ATS and CRM platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Availability to work during US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for cleared and non-cleared positions across various industries.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
• Recruit candidates holding active US Security Clearances, including Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, and Polygraph clearances.
• Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Conduct phone screenings and preliminary interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and recruitment best practices.
• Track recruitment activities and candidate progress within ATS and CRM systems.
• Meet individual recruiting metrics, placement targets, and turnaround time expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
