You will engage decision-makers, present pricing models, and negotiate terms to win long-term partnerships. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B or recruitment sales, proven closing success, and strong CRM experience.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, recruitment sales, staffing sales, or business development.
• Proven track record of closing deals and meeting revenue targets.
• Experience conducting sales presentations, discovery calls, and virtual meetings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage with decision-makers and C-level executives.
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales pipelines.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
• Experience with US-based clients is highly preferred.
• Availability to work during US Eastern Time business hours.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct virtual sales meetings and consultations with prospective clients across the United States.
• Understand client hiring challenges and recommend suitable recruitment solutions.
• Present HumanTek’s recruitment services, staffing models, delivery processes, and value proposition.
• Explain pricing structures, service agreements, and engagement models clearly and professionally.
• Build trust and establish strong relationships with business owners, hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives.
• Handle objections effectively and negotiate terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Close new business opportunities and secure signed service agreements.
• Collaborate closely with SDRs, recruiters, and management to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities within CRM systems.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Provide market intelligence and client feedback to leadership for continuous improvement.
