US Recruitment Sales Executive

Job summary

HumanTek, a global IT services and recruitment firm based in Karachi, seeks a results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities with US-based clients. You will prospect, cold call, craft targeted emails, and nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline.

Responsibilities include identifying decision-makers, setting meetings, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with marketing to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience in a sales, business development, lead generation, or SDR role.
• Strong experience in cold calling, prospecting, and email outreach campaigns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with prospects.
• Ability to confidently engage with business owners, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience working with US-based clients is preferred.
• Experience working in the EST timezone is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling and outbound sales activities to prospective clients across the United States.
• Execute targeted email campaigns to generate and nurture new business opportunities.
• Identify key decision-makers and qualify prospects based on hiring needs and business requirements.
• Schedule meetings and discovery calls for the sales closing team.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting.
• Research potential clients and industries to identify new business opportunities.
• Effectively communicate HumanTek’s recruitment services and value proposition to prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
• Provide regular activity reports and sales updates to management.
