Job summary

Unicom Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT recruiter to support US hiring. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for contract roles, source and screen candidates, and submit strong profiles to clients across US time zones.

Candidates should be proficient with W2/C2C/1099 and US work authorization, familiar with Dice, LinkedIn and other portals, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role requires 3–5+ years of experience in US IT staffing.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in US IT recruitment.
• Experience with US staffing/contract hiring.
• Knowledge of US work authorization (W2, C2C, 1099, H-1B, OPT, GC).
• Hands-on with Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed and other portals.
• Strong sourcing, screening, submission and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to operate across US time zones.
