Qualifications

The role is responsible for leading and managing HR consulting projects, developing client-centric HR solutions, ensuring project execution within timelines, and driving business growth through client retention and service excellence. The ideal candidate will oversee consulting operations, product development, and client management while contributing to organizational knowledge, compliance, and platform enhancement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute HR consultancy projects in alignment with business strategies and organizational goals.
• Develop project work plans, monitor timelines, and ensure timely delivery of assignments.
• Manage client relationships, provide HR advisory services, and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Design, customize, and improve HR consulting products, frameworks, and solutions according to client requirements.
• Prepare proposals, reports, presentations, and consulting toolkits for clients.
• Oversee profitability targets, project performance, and resource allocation.
