Sukuk Capital | صكوك المالية in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to oversee day-to-day HR operations and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee relations, branding and policy compliance while supporting HRD and engagement initiatives—based at our Lahore office with a focus on building a thriving team and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM/Management from a recognized institution.
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
• Problem solving skills and analytical skills.
• Proficient in using Google Sheets, TA Tools, SM Applications, HRMS, AI and SM Platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition Process using advance TA Tools.
• Manage all transactional data/activitiesduring the course ofemployee life cycle of each individual.
• Manage Staff Attendance/Leaves, data and handle queries related to staff Attendance & Leaves.
• Manage company social media pageand build strong presence on SM platforms to get higher retention rate.
• Address and assist HRD in managing employeegrievances and facilitate in conflict resolution.
• AssistHRD in employee engagement activities i.e. team-building,recognition programs, wellness initiatives, training and occasional events. Support HRD in fostering the collaborative and inclusive culture.
• Maintain strict follow-ups with staff, particularly with team leads, regarding all HR-related matters, including but not limited to HR Policy Compliance and Performance Evaluation.

We are seeking a talented and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team at our Lahore, PK Office. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR professional who can seamlessly manage day-to-day HR Operations while contributing to a positive and thriving workplace culture.

Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible to:

• Technical Recruitment: Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition Process using advance TA Tools.
