People Perfect is seeking an experienced Unit Head HR Consultancy at Head Office in Lahore. You will lead HR consultancy projects, develop client-centric HR solutions, ensure timely execution, and drive growth through client retention and service excellence.

The role oversees consulting operations, product development, and client management while contributing to organizational knowledge, compliance, and platform enhancement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of HR consultancy or advisory experience.
• Strong expertise in HR frameworks, policy development, and talent strategies.
• Proven experience in managing client-facing HR consulting projects.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen with ability to drive profitability and client retention.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute HR consultancy projects aligned with business goals.
• Develop work plans, monitor timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage client relationships and provide HR advisory services.
• Design, customize, and improve HR consulting products and solutions.
