Job summary

Hotel Links Travels & Tours Pvt. Ltd, a Hajj and Umrah tour operator based in Lahore, seeks an Umrah Sales Executive to promote and sell travel packages, understand customer requirements, and guide clients through the booking process.

You will generate leads, explain packages, prepare quotations, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth travel arrangements. Fluency in English and Urdu is preferred, and a customer‑focused, target‑driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and CRM skills.
• Knowledge of Umrah packages, pilgrimage travel requirements, flights, visas, and hotel arrangements.
• Ability to understand customer needs and present travel options clearly in person and by phone.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through inquiries, referrals, and local market outreach.
• Explain Umrah packages, flight options, visa arrangements, hotel selections, inclusions, exclusions, and pricing clearly.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable packages based on budget, travel dates, and accommodation preferences.
• Prepare quotations, maintain accurate customer records, and coordinate booking details with internal operations teams.
• Support customers throughout documentation, payment, visa, and travel preparation stages.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining professional, ethical, and service-focused standards.

We are seeking an Umrah Sales Executive to promote and sell Umrah travel packages, understand customer requirements, and guide clients through the booking process. The role is based in Lahore and involves regular interaction with prospective pilgrims.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through customer inquiries, referrals, and local market outreach.
