Job summary

ToursinPakistan.com is seeking a motivated Umrah & International Tours Sales Executive. The role involves handling inquiries across WhatsApp, phone, social media, and inquiries and converting leads into bookings.

Responsibilities include providing quotations, explaining package details, maintaining client relationships, and meeting monthly sales targets. The role is in-person based in Karachi with health insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Excellent customer dealing and convincing abilities.
• Comfortable handling customers through WhatsApp, calls, and social media.
• Good knowledge of international travel destinations and Umrah packages is an advantage.
• Ability to work with sales targets and convert online leads into bookings.
• Previous experience selling Umrah packages, international holiday packages, flights, hotels, visas, or other travel-related services is preferred.

• Prepare and share quotations and package information with customers.
• Maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients.
• Meet assigned monthly sales and booking targets.
• Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed sales.
• Coordinate with the operations and reservations team after bookings.
