Job summary

Meezab Group in Lahore is seeking an experienced Umrah travel sales professional to turn enquiries into suitable packages, guide customers through the booking process, and ensure accuracy from first contact to departure.

You will handle B2C enquiries, recommend packages, explain visa requirements, hotels, transport, prepare quotations, coordinate with partners, and maintain strong customer relationships to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Umrah sales or travel sales
• Strong knowledge of Umrah packages, visas, 5-star hotels and transport
• Proven experience in B2C sales and customer dealing
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
• Confident, professional and well-presented personality
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable options
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Handle B2C Umrah enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Umrah packages
• Explain package details, visa requirements, hotel options, transport and other services
• Prepare and present quotations based on customer needs and budget
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers and internal teams to confirm arrangements
• Follow up with leads, maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets
• Keep customers updated about bookings, documentation and travel arrangements
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings and customer information
