Job summary

Maassalama Hajj, Umrah and Travel Products in Islamabad is seeking an Umrah Travel Consultant to design, quote and sell Umrah packages, tickets and hotels. This on-site role requires coordinating with Saudi suppliers, handling visa processing, and assisting pilgrims before and during their journey.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of Umrah/travel agency experience, strong GDS ticketing skills, and fluency in Urdu and English.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Umrah or travel agency operations.
• Hands-on ticketing with a GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo).
• Knowledge of Makkah and Madinah hotels and Umrah visa process.
• Good Urdu and English communication; Arabic a plus.

• Keep booking records and pilgrim details up to date
• Support pilgrims before departure and during their journey

Requirements

• At least [1–2] years of experience in Umrah or travel agency operations
• Hands on experience with a GDS (Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo) for ticketing
• Knowledge of Makkah and Madinah hotels and the Umrah visa process
• Experience coordinating with Saudi B2B portals and suppliers
• Good communication in Urdu and English (Arabic is a plus)
• Comfortable with MS Office and WhatsApp Business
• Customer-focused, organized and able to work under pressure during peak season
