The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, fluency in Urdu and English, knowledge of travel and visa processes, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hajj & Umrah, travel & tourism, ticketing, or sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and handle customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Hajj and Umrah packages to individuals and groups.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
• Explain package details (flights, accommodation, transportation, visas).
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages.
• Follow up and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Maintain records of leads, bookings, payments, and customer info.
• Coordinate with operations and visa teams to ensure smooth processing.
