Qualifications

• Strong English and Urdu communication (verbal and written).
• Customer-focused approach with ability to understand travel needs.
• Sales skills with lead follow-up discipline and booking targets.
• Knowledge of quotations, booking records, and customer documentation.
• Attention to detail with passenger information, dates, payments, and inclusions.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries about Umrah packages, travel dates, accommodation, transportation, documentation, and related services.
• Present package details clearly, prepare quotations, follow up with prospects, and maintain sales records.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams and service providers to support bookings and travel arrangements.
• Assist customers with required information and documentation while providing timely updates throughout the process.
• Build positive customer relationships and address concerns professionally.
