Qualifications

• Proven ability to sell travel packages and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Knowledge of Umrah packages, visa documentation, airline reservations, hotels, and ground transportation preferred.
• Strong customer consultation, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Urdu; local-language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Explain Umrah packages, airfare, accommodation, transportation, visa documentation, and related services clearly.
• Respond to customer inquiries, assess travel needs, prepare quotations, and follow up on prospective bookings.
• Maintain accurate customer records, booking details, payment updates, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with operations and visa-processing teams to ensure timely and accurate customer service.
• Build relationships with individuals, families, groups, and institutional clients while meeting agreed sales targets.
• Stay informed about package availability, airline schedules, travel regulations, and changing customer requirements.

Job Specification:

• Proven ability to sell travel packages and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
