Job summary

Mayatax is seeking a detail-oriented Training Coordinator to support design, execution, and optimization of training programs across our organization for US-based clients.

You will work with department managers, SMEs, and leadership to build modules, track learning progress, and drive employee enablement while ensuring high service delivery standards. The role requires LMS administration, TNA, and compliance training expertise, with onsite night shifts to align with US schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, BIS, or related field.
• 1–2 years in Training Coordinator/LMS role in BPO/FS.
• Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, TalentLMS, Canvas, Absorb).
• Strong Excel/Sheets for metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis across departments to identify gaps.
• Administer LMS including course uploads, user provisioning, and paths.
• Track learning progress and generate LMS analytics dashboards.
• Ensure compliance training on data security and tax standards.
