Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in L&D, HR, or related roles.
• Experience managing structured language programs (CEFR knowledge preferred).
• Hands-on LMS administration, data tracking, and scheduling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly Upskill sessions and Tech Camps with cross-team logistics.
• Administer CEFR testing and track language progression.
• Coordinate and fulfill custom training requests; maintain central library and data records.
• Maintain annual training calendar and analyze data for senior management reviews.
